Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Skate Movement Community. We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer several shipping options to ensure your apparel arrives when you need it. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories!
Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for outside of United States locations.
6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team! Please allow 24-48 hours for our support team to respond. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
7. Duty & border fees
We are not responsible for international duty fees. Please stay on top of your order and follow the tracking to know when duty fees are due. Please pay duty fees promptly. We are not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty fees, and you will not be refunded for an item that is stopped or returned at customs.
